Stack success
So the Turing Test has finally been passed . . . in a test given to (apparently) English speakers in the guise of a . . . Ukranian . . . 13-year-old boy.
Seems like stacking the deck. If they had made him an infant from an undiscovered tribe they could have passed the test long ago.

The Turing test can be passed by any machine so long as the human administering it is dumb enough.
